At Coastals, we’re all about good times and quality drinks. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do what we can to fix it.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at
hardcoco@coastaldrinkco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
The product is within its best-before date.
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
