How much is shipping?

Australia-wide shipping is a flat $10. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes. Express delivery is available for a $15 flat rate. Place your order before 12 pm on a business day for delivery usually within 24 hours to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne. Weekend and public holiday orders ship the next business day.

Can I change the shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has left our warehouse, changes aren’t guaranteed.

When will my order ship?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Which couriers do you use?

Depending on the delivery location, we use Motus Transport, Peter Sadler Transport, Australia Post/StarTrack, Aramex, and CouriersPlease.

Can I track my package?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Most customers receive their order in 2–5 business days, depending on location. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Standard delivery can take up to 7 days during peak periods. Express timeframes apply only where available (see above).

Where don’t you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide, except for some very remote areas and alcohol-restricted (dry) zones. We don’t deliver overseas and we can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Do I need to show ID?

Coastal Drink Co supports the responsible consumption of alcohol and legal age requirements. The delivery driver may request ID and can refuse delivery if you appear underage or intoxicated.
